Turmoil has engulfed the Galactic Republic. The taxation of trade routes to outlying star systems is in dispute. Hoping to resolve the matter with a blockade of deadly battleships, the greedy Trade Federation has stopped all shipping to the small planet of Naboo. While the Congress of the Republic endlessly debates this alarming chain of events, there lies the opportunity one eagerly awaits... As the Republic gained power, seeds of corruption followed. As the era of the High Republic came to an end (around 100 BBY) the corruption within the senate became obvious. The fate of the galaxy lies in the hands of the senators. Will the senate prevail or will the dark side be too intriguing to pass up. May the force be with you...
